Javier Marcos is Professor of Strategic Sales Management and Negotiation at Cranfield School of Management.

He is a professor of Strategic Sales Management and Negotiation at Cranfield School of Management in the UK. An award-winning speaker, his areas of teaching and research focus on Business Negotiation, Strategic Selling, and Key Account Management. Javier has designed and delivered programmes globally for more than 120 businesses and government organizations, combining in a unique way high-impact training approaches, real-world expertise, and evidence-based insights.
